PacketShield is currently a website in development. There is no identified commercial operator or live mitigation service offered through this preview. These draft website terms are not a completed service agreement.
Browsing, selecting a sample plan or completing an example configuration does not activate protection or grant a service-level guarantee. Do not rely on this preview to protect production infrastructure or prevent an attack.
2. Using the website
Registration or sign-in with Google or Apple is required before ordering. Your first successful sign-in creates a PacketShield account. Use a provider account you are authorized to access, follow the provider's terms, and sign out on shared devices.
Use the preview lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, exploit its checkout endpoint, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to use. Only enter example hostnames or documentation-range IP addresses in the sample configuration form.
The acceptable use policy explains intended restrictions. It does not authorize security testing against this website or anyone else's infrastructure.
3. Sample pricing and billing
All packages, limits and feature descriptions are illustrative. Sample prices are in USD. Monthly pricing is billed each month in the example flow. The annual option applies a 20% discount and charges the whole discounted year in one payment. The order summary shows the full amount.
Taxes, supported regions, final coverage limits, renewal notices, trial conditions and invoicing have not been defined. Those details must be confirmed before a real order can be offered.
4. Stripe and activation
The server-side Stripe Checkout integration is present, but no payment account has been connected to this preview. If test checkout is later enabled, use Stripe test data. Test mode does not activate DDoS protection.
Before live transactions, the operator must provide final service terms, configure accurate prices and taxes, and connect verified payment events to service provisioning. Payment confirmation by itself is not proof that traffic routing or mitigation has been activated.
5. Cancellation and refunds
There is currently no active commercial subscription to cancel through this website. A cancellation channel, refund process and any applicable withdrawal rights have not been established. The preview does not impose a no-refund rule or remove rights provided by applicable law.
Before live sales, the operator must disclose renewal, cancellation, refund and suspension conditions, including how customers contact the business. Any mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting contract language.
6. Availability and security claims
The website may be changed or unavailable while it is developed. It does not represent a tested capacity, guaranteed availability, certified compliance program, service-level agreement or promise that every attack will be stopped.
A real DDoS service requires an agreed traffic scope, routing configuration, mitigation platform, support process and incident handling. Those operational commitments are not supplied by this website.
7. Content and third-party services
The website's original design and text are presented under the PacketShield brand. Third-party software, fonts and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. A reference to a provider is not an endorsement or partnership claim.
Third-party hosting and checkout services have their own policies. Review the privacy policy and cookie policy for the current data flow.
8. Liability, law and disputes
No blanket exclusion of liability or waiver of mandatory rights is created by this preview draft. Any enforceable limitations for a future service must be drafted for the actual operator, jurisdiction, customers and service.
